One cannot help but wonder if the world is coming to an end soon. At least, it does seem that way to a skeptic like me.

What with the widespread food scare, unending inflation, pending global recession, mega earthquake in Chile , and global warming getting worse.

I wonder ”if” I will be able to get a job at all in such economic conditions, even considering my not too bad credentials. Will I have to end up working as a waiter or a supermarket cashier… if such jobs will be...

So in the last 8 minutes of 2009, I'm posting this blog entry.

My foods class is such a drag. We never cook. We just sit in class and do worksheets and that jank jank. So boring. We're supposed to be cooking more soon, which is good because I like cooking. That's why I took the class. To EAT.

So yeah. Happy 2010 for those already in it! And happy 2010 to those who will be in it in exactly 7 minutes! =]

Parents continue their persistent nagging for me to get a job.

Your sister's got a job and she's younger than you! Don't you have any pride? We believe in you.

My sister needs the money, I don't. Besides a few weeks ago they were bad-mouthing her lack of effort in finding a job to me. After destroying one perception of her they can't hold her up as an example of virtue in their defence. It's unconvincing if they only use those concepts...
